Infant Massage – Birth to 12 Months of age

Join Nicole form Align with Nix – a registered massage therapist and alignment coach – for a 4-week Infant Massage Workshop offering a hands-on, educational series designed to nurture bonding, relaxation, and body awareness between you and your infant. Parents and caregivers will be guided through gently massage strokes, breath awareness, and connection techniques that are safe and soothing for most infants. Registration is required, as space is limited.
