We are excited to introduce Peel’s Mentorship Initiative: Learn. Inspire. Flourish. Together. (L.I.F.T.)

Are you interested in growing your practice, connecting with peers, and/or contributing to a culture of professional learning?

CDRCP, in partnership with Peel Region, and the community, are excited to invite early learning and child care professionals to take part in a 6-month, Group Mentorship Pilot Initiative which will kick-off in 2026! A total of up to 6 mentors and 24 mentees will be welcomed into this pilot.

Why start with a group mentorship pilot?

Using the voices, lived experiences and feedback of participants in this pilot supports continuous improvement and collaborative decision-making, ensuring the final model is shaped by, and truly reflects, what mentors and mentees in Peel need to grow.
